the sonic boom foundation "sound of the city"
2006
the sound oh the city
fmlyn/McNaney
if the sound of the city gets you down
and the city sounds like machine gun rounds
you better run and take cover and get down to pray
this is 2000+6 in the heat of L.E.
down in the dark you gotta hustle
gotta be prepared to use a bit of muscle
gotta use your wits and be sharp as a knife
listen boy if you value your life
my club might go down but i’ll stay around
i carnt see no sun but i can still stand the sound!
